Fan the Flame

Hi everyone. I’m Sherry Douglas with Heart-Song. We all live in various kinds of
circumstances—some with plenty and some in want. Some with many unknowns, while
others have a family plan to follow. Some suffer in pain and others are never ill. Still,
within our hearts there is something we have in common: a flicker of imagination and
inspiration. We know life doesn’t always offer us the cheerleaders yearned for, the
perfect time to take a risk, or the ideal situation. But what if we live in the essence of
who we are? What if we embrace living fully and authentically despite doubts, fears, or
setbacks? If we choose to live fully, we can:
Dream anyway. Paint anyway. Forgive anyway. Dance anyway. Love anyway. Write
anyway. Be kind anyway. Sometimes we have to be uncomfortable to create something
beautiful. We have a choice: we can let the hard times define us or we can let them
refine us.
Look for that flicker of hope and creativity within and then fan the flame!
