Life as an Adventure

Hi everyone. I’m Sherry Douglas with Heart-Song. What a fun time of year with so many graduation celebrations. Young adults of all ages are in transition between what has been and what will be. No matter what decisions are made, new graduates, and their parents, have new paths to walk, hopefully, with adventure in mind. There is a quote by William Feather that states, “One way to get the most out of life is to look upon it as an adventure.”

Adventure isn’t just about climbing mountains, hiking a difficult trail, or doing something new or dangerous that you’ve always wanted to experience. Adventure is also living each regular day the best way you know how. Adventure is also waking up deciding to give it your best shot. Adventure is also loving the people around you with everything you’ve got. Living life to the fullest is true adventure.

There are two ways to help the graduates you know live lives of everyday adventure. Heart-Song offers complimentary gift certificates that you can give graduates, or others, to create Life Compass Statements. The Life Compass Statement is a personal life-guiding statement that directs the next steps for living your most meaningful life. The participant meets with us for 1.5 – 2 hours for an interactive process including a comfortable conversation. All ages are welcome! Let us know if you want some certificates.
